You’re looking for a chauffeured limousine company for that special event or for an airport run to start that special vacation or business trip.
Here’s what you should request.

Deposit[/tabtext][/tabcontainer] [tabcontent] [tab]Is there anything worse than contracting for a chauffeured limo and the driver arriving late. Well in our business the answer is -there are some things but not many.  Talk to us or any limousine service about the exact time of your event and scheduled pick-up.  Discuss traffic obstructions and hindrances in your area  [/tab] [tab]Do you want to hire a limousine for a wedding, bachelor/bachelorette party, airport transfer, point-to-point transfer, night out, birthday party, Sweet 16, tour, casino trip, concert, prom, meeting or special event?  Some rentals have minimum hour requirements, while others are priced at a set fee. Odyssey Limousine offer special packages – Just ask ;-)…[/tab] [tab]We will need to know the date of your event and the length of time that you’ll need the our services.  The date is important even if you’re just looking for quotes. Odyssey can only quote based on vehicle availability. If you want a 26-passenger party bus and it’s sold out, we may be able to offer you another option.  As you plan your special event, think about the time you want to be at your final destination.  Consider the drive time when estimating how long you will need the limo or bus.  If it is a special night we can extend the reservation if needed.[/tab] [tab]The number of passengers will affect the type of vehicle you can select. While switching from 12 to 13 passengers sounds simple enough, you’re likely to have to switch from a limo to a party bus with that extra passenger. There are two considerations:

  1. First, how many people can the vehicle legally hold? The Department of Transportation sets this guideline and it is strictly enforced.
  2. Secondly, how many people can fit comfortably? If you’re going to be in the vehicle for a long time, you may want to ask about the suggested passenger count.
[/tab] [tab]Almost always, you must put down a deposit in order to hold the rental. The limo company needs your commitment or it risks losing other rental opportunities for the vehicle. You can typically pay with cash or credit card, and the balance will be due at the start of your ride.

Have a Great time!! -…[/tab] [/tabcontent] [/tabs]
